Adam spent over 10 years helping businesses to approach the world in a radically different way. From helping early-stage startups take products to scale and successfully pivoting products for existing companies, to shifting culture and approach for publicly traded organizations, Adam has had first-hand experience driving evolution and achievement for his partners. He combines this depth of experience with an educational background in financial management and public administration from the University of Maine, is Talent Optimization certified, Predictive Index Master Practitioner and Trainer certified, and a Certified Intrinsic Coach.

Michelle has over a decade of experience in consultative sales at companies ranging from small startups to large publicly traded companies, and along the way gained extensive insight into uncovering what keeps business leaders up at night. Michelle builds strategies based on business leader’s needs to help them understand why having the right people in the right seats is critical to business strategy success. She helps business leaders understand the power and importance of people data, and what they can do to leverage this information within their organizations. Along with an MBA, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.
With a background as an operator and investor, Ben works with venture and private-equity-backed businesses through his advisory business Cedalion Partners. Starting in his mid-30s, Ben has been CEO of four software, services, and technology companies, and served as Director of another six companies. He is a regular speaker on technology and entrepreneurial topics and has been featured in a variety of publications, including in a Harvard Business School case study. Ben graduated from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and completed additional coursework at the London School of Economics.
With over three decades of executive leadership and most importantly, real-life in-the-trenches business experience, Stephen’s “No Fear” approach enables companies to capitalize on business opportunities, solve sales and operational challenges and eliminate business complexity. His industry experience includes technology, artificial intelligence, CPG, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer marketing and SAAS in hi-growth, global enterprise and start-up environments. He is a skilled facilitator, strategist and operational expert that is passionate about aligning purpose, people and process to exceed business goals. Stephen is a Predictive Index Certified Talent Optimization consultant and holds an MBA in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Iona College.
Scott is a Global Human Resources executive with a passion for growing top talent and driving complex transformations. Formerly Head of Global HR Services at Capgemini and Aligning & Leading HR Services, Scott delivered to 220K employees in 44 countries across 9 Global business lines. He is known for designing and implementing innovative people strategies and solutions to drive profitable growth, enable business transformation, and grow a best-in-class culture. Scott is passionate about growing top talent and creating high performing teams, and has expertise in strategic workforce planning, succession and talent management, organizational change, M&A due diligence and integration, diversity & inclusion, change management, leadership assessment and development, HR analytics, immigration and mobility, and HRIS Strategy design and implementation.
Scott is a highly successful global CHRO with broad industry experience. For over 30 years, Scott has served on business leadership teams of well-known large global manufacturing companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Honeywell, and Berkshire-Hathaway. He has extensive experience implementing organizational change and strategies that increase performance and productivity of human capital, and successfully led a large number of global human capital initiatives in talent acquisition, retention, leadership development, succession, workforce productivity, labor relations, and organizational restructuring. In addition, Scott has led a number of successful acquisition integrations, successfully built and transformed business-aligned HR teams, and applied data and analytics to inform human capital and organizational strategy. Scott has a PhD in Experimental Psychology, an MS in Industrial Engineering and Management, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology, all from Oklahoma State University.
Sherwin has 35 years of experience as a Chief Revenue Officer, Division Sales Lead, and Senior Advisor to companies with a focus on revenue growth strategy. His experience spans large, multinational enterprises, mid-size, and early-stage growth companies, across the continuum of professional services, SaaS business models, and product-led concerns. Sherwin’s areas of specialization include demand generation through customer success, revenue strategy, revenue operations, revenue execution.
Ted is a growth-oriented CEO with experience leading and selling B2B and B2C businesses in the travel, consumer/internet, marketing services, and environmental sectors. In the past 20 years he has led 3 different VC and PE backed companies (ranging from $50m to $500m in sales) during their growth stage. He has had two successful exits and is currently still involved with the third as President. His areas of expertise include business transformation, building/managing teams, sales and marketing strategy, international expansion, and leadership development. As a coach for C-suite executives, Ted draws on Cedalion Talent’s analytical framework and decades of real work experience to bring out the best in leaders.
